Hi,

I am Annemarie Collijn and I work in a local library. As a part of my job, I have followed the course “23 Things”. After this, I had a blog, at which you are looking right now. 🙂 After finishing my “23 Things” I coached a group of my co-workers through the same course. In 2013, the next group of co-workers has started, again with me as one of the coaches. Since 23 Things was such a great succes for library personnel throughout the country, there was a similar course developed for customers of the libraries. This is called “7 Things”. For Bibliotheek Waterland I have coached a group of customers though this course as well.

Besides all these courses on social media and the social web, I do a lot more. I have a husband, two children and three parakeets. This makes my house full, as well as my life.

To further educate and challenge myself, I started to go back to school in the collegeyear 2011-2012. I now study Information Sciences at Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Because of my HBO-bachelor degree, I had to finish a pre-master before starting my Masters in this field. At this moment, I am following one (final) course and have to graduate.

This blog now has two functions, it serves as a blog to monitor and report about the courses I have coached. It also serves as a portfolio for my work at school, in different projects. I hope you enjoy reading!
